This trowel-applied floor system is comprised of an epoxy-based resin blend, a modified polyamine hardener and a specially graded blend of silica aggregate. Epoxy mortar flooring is applied at a ¼” and provides outstanding resistance to a wide variety of harmful chemical spills and heavy steel-wheeled traffic. All of these products have various thermal shock resistance and some systems can withstand continuous water temperatures of 150°F - 240°F. A one-time application with this ¼” system gives worn eroded floors new life while providing an attractive, long-lasting, non-porous surface. This system is available in a wide variety of solid colors or in a decorative color quartz blend.

Typical uses include Food and Beverage Production, Meat Processing, Breweries, Chemical Processing, Metal Fabrication and Heavy Duty Machine Shops.
